List of Services
Environmental Assessment & Inspection: $400
We charge a flat fee of $400 for a comprehensive inspection of the interior structure, contents, and HVAC systems, documenting all visible conditions. The findings will be presented in a detailed assessment report, followed by a post-inspection consultation. If needed, a remediation protocol will also be provided.
Mold Damage Assessment
All visible conditions of fungal growth (mold) will be identified and documented.
Water Damage Assessment
All visible signs of water intrusion and/or damage will be identified and documented.
Thermographic Imaging
In areas where potential water intrusion has occurred, thermographic cameras can be used to detect temperature variations that may indicate elevated moisture levels. Images of these areas will be captured and documented for further analysis.
Moisture Readings & Mapping
Moisture meters are used to obtain precise readings in areas identified as having elevated moisture levels. These readings will be taken and recorded in all affected areas for thorough documentation.
Assessment Report
All project photo documentation, laboratory results, summaries of findings, conclusions, and recommended actions will be compiled into a detailed, comprehensive report.
Custom Remediation Protocol
If required, a remediation protocol can be provided, outlining the recommended step-by-step process for any professional remediator to follow in order to successfully perform contaminant removal in accordance with IICRC guidelines.
Current Event Contaminant Testing & Sampling
If testing is deemed necessary, we will recommend the appropriate number of samples to be collected, based on the size of structure, severity of the conditions, and the client’s overall objective.
Mold Air Sampling (per sample)
Air samples are collected using a highly calibrated pump that passes air through specialized collection cartridges. The samples are then sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis.
Mold Surface Sampling (per sample)
Sterile swabs or lift tape media are used to collect samples of any visible potential fungal growth (mold). The samples are then sent to an accredited laboratory for analysis.
Vehicle Package Special (Flat Rate)
Provides for inspection and mold testing of cars and SUV's only. Two samples are included, (1) air. and (1) surface sample. Full assessment report will be provided with photo documentation, lab results, conclusions, and recommended procedures for remediation.
Boat & RV (50% Off Special )
50% off of the Environmental Inspection and Assessment fee applies for all boats and RV's. All applicable inspection and assessment services will be included. Samples taken will be at established market price.
Bacteria (ATP) Sampling (per sample)
Areas known to contain contaminated water are swabbed for sample collection. The swabs are then analyzed in real-time, and the results are documented to determine if bacteria levels are elevated.
